Elizabeth Gillies (born Elizabeth Gillis) is an American actor, performer and songwriter. She is most famous for her role as Lucy on her role in the Nickelodeon comedy Victorious as well as Jade West as Lucy in "13". Her first appearance was in commercials. The Black Donnellys (2007) was her debut appearance on television. Between between 2010 and 2013, she played Jade West on the Nickelodeon Television Series Victorious. She appeared in a variety of movies as a young actor, including Babel (2006) The The Curious Case of Benjamin Button (2008) as well as Phoebe in Wonderland (2008). The actress was nominated for the award of Best Young Performer at the Critics Choice Movie Awards in the year 2010 for her performance on Sofia Coppola's Somewhere. The film was also awarded an award called a Spotlight Award by the Hollywood thriller Fest in 2011 for playing the leading role of the film Super 8. In addition to her role as the title character on We Bought a Zoo and Ginger & Rosa, she also played in the role of Princess Aurora as in Maleficent as well as Maleficent The Mistress of Evil.
