Noureen Dwulf was created on the 28th day of February 1984 on the 28th of February, 1984 in New York City. The actress was always fascinated by becoming an actor. In the School of the Arts of Boston University was where she first began to establish the basis for the rest of her professional acting. After graduating, Noureen began to apply for various roles. The film she auditioned for gave her a significant part in the movie West Bank Story. West Bank Story had its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival of 2005 as well as being shown at many other festivals. She then starred as a character in Ghost World (2001), an award-winning film and received her a Golden Globe nod.
