Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen is my name. I'm Vietnamese American Entrepreneur living in Orange County California. My wonderful husband JP as well as my happiest Dad Henry are also part of our clan. A lot of people know my username as @annephung on Instagram which is where I share my life from ups to the downs. When I was 1 and a half years old my family, me and my parents moved from the United States to America. If not because of the sacrifices made by my parents, I wouldn't have been here to share the journey with you. With the opportunity to have an improved life I was determined to try the best I could to please them and was focused on achieving my goals. My goals were set for me to go to university, get a job in a corporation, marry and buy an apartment. I thought that was the epitome of success life had other plans to teach me what it meant to be successful. 2013 was the year I realized it difficult to accept my job. While the pay and status were good however, I wasn't sure if the work was satisfying. It was more like I was just doing nothing but wasting time. My love of fitness and my love of socializing with others led me to discover my dream job as an instructor. I began my business in the year 2014. It is my seventh anniversary this year. Very few Asian women are employed in the fashion industry. To lead in my field and provide quality coaching to help others live better health and happiness by creating a healthy lifestyle to suit their requirements and help them achieve their goals. I also strive to empower others to go after their dreams and do all they wish to achieve in their lives. My career took off as I was enjoying the highest success of my life. My mother passed away at the same time that my career took off. After battling for eight years with the disease, she is now resting on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and continue to remember her in my mind as well as my heart. Even if you can't see the signs at first, God is a way of giving us what we really need. Many ways, my mom's death has changed my life. I truly believe she gave me another opportunity to be a part of her story after she passed away. She died at the age of 87 on Tet/Lunar New Year Day. It was the day she decided to start her new journey. I was given a second chance at living an enjoyable and fulfilling life. In my 30's I am alive and conscious I truly feel that I live my life now instead of merely surviving as I was in my past. In sharing the tale of my experiences, it's to ensure that other people are able to relate to my experiences and thoughts. It is to know that they are not alone. And that there is true love. Additionally, therapy is necessary and is not abnormal. Finally that the health of your body is the most valuable thing you have. My prayer is that you will live life fully and that your end is without regrets since that's the only thing that we have to be confident about during this lifetime.
